Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Zandvoort is seeking a Front Office Intern to help deliver guest experiences with warmth and accuracy. After training, you will handle check-ins/outs and essential front desk tasks, while assisting guests and answering questions to ensure a smooth stay.

You will learn upselling, handle guest concerns and contribute to a welcoming team culture, with opportunities to grow within NH Hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• After training, you will check in and out independently and perform administrative actions for Front Office.
• Maintain close contact with guests and answer questions with helpful information.
• Learn upselling and handling guest complaints.
• Create a great team atmosphere and welcome guests with a smile.
