Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is offering an Front Office Internship at NH Utrecht. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests and supporting daily Front Office operations in an international hotel environment.

As an active student, you will learn upselling, service recovery, and how to create memorable experiences while collaborating with colleagues across departments and maintaining a guest‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an educational institution during the internship.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort interacting with international guests.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from arrival.
• Handle check-in and check-out after training.
• Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support Front Office administration.
• Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
• Develop skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Help create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
