You will learn upselling, guest inquiries, and how to maintain a positive team spirit, while developing service excellence for a diverse international guest mix.

Formación

• Dutch and English language proficiency required.
• Approachable, energetic with international guests.
• Accurate and flexible with a passion for service.

Responsabilidades

• As a Front Office Intern, you will help deliver a great guest experience and assist with daily Front Office tasks.
• After training, you may check in and out guests and handle standard administrative duties.
• Learn upselling and guest service techniques while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
