Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands (Maastricht) invites you to join as a Front Office Intern. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests warmly and handling check‑in/check‑out.

During the internship you will manage reservations, respond to guest requests, support Front Office administration, and share personalised recommendations with international travellers. Active enrollment in an educational program is required.

• Active enrollment in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented.
• Confident interacting with international guests.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
