Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office star to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You’ll manage Check-In/Check-Out, answer questions, and upsell services to enhance guest stays. The role requires a warm, proactive host who can juggle concierge and receptionist duties with a smile.

Fluency in English is essential, and Dutch language skills are a plus. You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; this is an on-site role at a hotel located in Amsterdam’s

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Office department, ideally in a luxury hotel.
Strong customer service mindset and up-selling abilities.
Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid permit).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent arrival and departure experience for guests.
Handle Check-In and Check-Out, answer queries, explain services, upsell where appropriate.
Act as a multifunctional host, including porter, concierge and receptionist duties.
Address guest complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
