Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is seeking a Front Office star to join our luxury hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. You will be the face of the property, greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and guiding them with personalized recommendations.
We value strong English communication, initiative, and a guest-first mindset. Dutch is a plus. Eligible to work in the Netherlands; 1 year front office experience preferred.

As a member of our Front Office team, you will be the face of the hotel, setting the tone for every guest’s stay. You’ll be:
- Delivering unforgettable first impressions, ensuring every guest is greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations to elevate each guest’s experience.
- Acting as a true “host”, ready to assist with everything from luggage to concierge services, all with a smile and positive energy.
- Resolving guest concerns with empathy, ensuring all challenges are met with thoughtful solutions, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
