Job summary

NH Arnhem Rijnhotel, part of NH Hotels & Resorts, is reopening after a full renovation. As a Front Office team member you will welcome guests, manage arrivals and communications, and provide a warm, efficient service that reflects our brand.

This role involves alternating shifts (morning, evening, night), handling calls and emails, and coordinating with the Desk Manager. A genuine guest focus, basic computer literacy, and good English are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to prioritize and stay cool during busy moments.
• Natural host with customer-facing experience welcome.
• Flexible with alternating shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Interest in computers and learning new systems.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures with a smile.
• Handle phone calls and emails during the morning rush.
• Communicate arrivals and special details to the Desk Manager and other departments.
• Prepare handovers and count cash at the end of the shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
