Job summary

NH Arnhem Rijnhotel is seeking a Desk Manager to lead the Front Office and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, international setting. You will guide a welcoming team and collaborate across departments to deliver smooth service during the hotel’s exciting reopening.

The ideal candidate has receptionist experience or prior desk manager/supervisor roles, strong English, and good computer systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist is a plus and desk manager/supervisor experience is advantageous.
• You are a natural host with a proactive mindset and strong guest-focus.
• Good prioritization and accuracy; computer systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office to deliver seamless guest experiences at every touchpoint.
• Coach and motivate the Front Office team to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate across departments to create memorable stays and smooth operations.
• Support the opening of a newly renovated NH Arnhem Rijnhotel and shape team culture.
