Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Founding GTM to lead the first commercial hire at an AI legal tech startup based in the Netherlands. You’ll work directly with the founder to build the go-to-market and revenue function from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle and shaping outbound strategy to generate pipeline and close early customers.

You will sell innovative legal services to senior decision-makers, including General Counsels, CFOs, and investment fund leaders, with significant autonomy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, BD or GTM roles.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 GTM experience as a senior individual contributor.
• Proven ability to build outbound pipelines and close early-stage deals.
• Strong consultative selling experience with senior decision-makers (GCs, CFOs, fund leaders).
• Ability to manage the entire sales process independently in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Build the go-to-market and revenue function from scratch with the founder.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage prospects.
• Create and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and present solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle: outreach, relationships, negotiation and closing.
• Develop the initial sales playbook and repeatable processes for growth.
• Provide market feedback to shape GTM strategy.
