Jobgether, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product based in the Netherlands. You will work at the intersection of product management, AI, and revenue operations, partnering with the founders to shape strategy and translate customer challenges into impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, venture capital, or consulting environment.
• Strong written communication, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Independent, curious, and able to own initiatives with minimal direction.
• Interest in technology, UX/UI, AI, and the intersection with product management.
• Experience working on a product is a significant advantage.
• Analytical thinking and use of data to inform product decisions.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills across teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and translate insights into product specs.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
• Gather feedback and refine product functionality and user experience.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
