Jobgether is seeking a highly capable Founding Account Executive to build a scalable sales engine across Europe. You will manage inbound leads, conduct discovery calls and product demos, and close high‑value deals while guiding security and legal reviews.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of B2B software sales, including at least 2 years closing deals.
• German at C2 level or native, plus good English.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle: discovery to close.
• Proven ability to expand existing accounts besides acquiring new ones.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, targets, and typical deal size.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by following up inbound leads and converting users to teams and enterprises.
• Expand existing accounts by introducing additional teams and product modules.
• Own the full sales process from discovery to contract, including security & legal reviews.
• Build foundational sales processes: pipeline, CRM standards, forecasting, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with founders to shape pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
