Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Founders Associate based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role. You will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.

You will own high-impact projects across sales, operations, marketing and business development, streamline internal processes, and help teams collaborate effectively as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Own key projects across multiple business functions.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes for scalable growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams to keep projects on track.
• Research new business opportunities and partnerships to support strategy.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives and other critical activities.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and step in where needed.
