Jobgether SRL, partnering with a client that operates across Europe, seeks a Junior Account Executive to drive UKI growth from the Netherlands in a remote-first, globally distributed team. You will engage with decision-makers, translate needs into value, and help customers scale international hiring and compliance.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and onboarding, build a strong pipeline with BDRs, and collaborate across Finance, Legal, and

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar target-driven role.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand needs.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold outreach.
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Fluent English, able to communicate credibly with UK/Ireland buyers.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows.
• Experience using a CRM like HubSpot.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Understand customer needs and align solutions to hiring plans and expansion goals.
• Build stakeholder relationships with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership.
• Drive deal progression through negotiation and momentum maintenance.
• Collaborate with BDRs to develop a high-potential pipeline.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and leverage AI to boost productivity.
