Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments across the Haarlem area in the Netherlands. This is a part-time, flexible, project-based role with onsite client work, not a guaranteed full-time position.

Hours vary by client and task, typically 09:00–18:00 when booked full day, with travel costs reimbursed under Dutch regulations. The role requires 2–5 years in a similar environment, Dutch and English language skills, and a relevant MBO/HBO IT

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT environment.
• Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level IT education or equivalent.
• Language: Fluent Dutch with customers; good English for Service Desk.
• Work authorization: Right to work in the Netherlands.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware like desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Follow SME instructions and provide advanced support for complex issues.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to customers/OEMs in Compute/Network environments.
• Record requests accurately in the IT service desk system.
• Escalate to other teams when necessary.
