Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments in the Leiden area, The Netherlands. The role is not full-time and is project-based, with hours varying by client and task.

Ideal candidates are part-time oriented, remote-ready for other gigs, and able to travel to client sites as needed. The position offers an hourly rate with travel reimbursement and no guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT environment.
• Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Language: Fluent Dutch with customers; good English for service desk.
• Work authorization: Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• Certification: ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized software.
• Support hardware like desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance on devices and software.
• Follow instructions from SMEs and provide advanced support.
• Provide fleet rotation services and priority support for executives.
• Assist remote teams on packaging, distribution, image management and MDM.
• Provide onsite hands-on support to customers/OEM SMEs.
• Record requests in the IT service desk system and maintain customer service quality.
