Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch in the Tilburg area. This is a flexible, task-/project-based role with no guaranteed hours, designed for candidates who can handle assignments as they come in.

Ideal for part-time workers, students, or remote workers who can provide onsite support in Tilburg. You will install, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac end-user devices, peripherals, and related software, while adhering to client schedules and

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a similar IT onsite/support role.
Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent Dutch with the customer; good standard English for the Service Desk.
Valid right to work in the Netherlands; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other authorized desktop software.
Support end-user devices: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment.
Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and escalate when needed.
Record and document requests in the IT service desk system; maintain strong customer service.
Travel to client sites; operate on an assignment-per-hour basis with no guaranteed minimum hours.
