Nobel Recruitment is seeking an Account Executive in Amsterdam for a fast-growing fintech scale-up. You will manage the full sales cycle, engaging directly with key financial decision-makers at mid-market companies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a strong autonomous work ethic. Benefits include up to €70,000 base salary and up to €120,000 OTE, along with a company car and pension contribution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of closing experience as an Account Executive.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS or fintech to finance buyers.
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
• Pitch, negotiate and close deals with CFOs and finance heads.
• Expand deals post-initial contract through strong relationship-building.
