Supervisor Facility & Technical Operations

Duiven, Netherlands - €5,000 gross/month + 8.3% holiday allowance (paid monthly) + benefits

An exciting opportunity to join a highly automated, growing pharmaceutical logistics operation.

I’m working with a leading European health-tech business on the appointment of a Supervisor Facility & Technical Operations at their highly automated site in Duiven.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating the technical and facilities operation, working alongside the existing Maintenance Supervisor.

The role

• Coordinate internal technical support and external contractors
• Own maintenance planning and prioritisation
• Manage technical breakdowns, repairs and incidents
• Lead technical improvements and investment projects
• Manage suppliers, contractors and technical documentation
• Support site safety, compliance and reliability

About you

We’re looking for a technical leader with a background in:

• Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or Maintenance
• Technical / maintenance team leadership
• Contractor and supplier management
• Maintenance planning and technical projects
• Industrial, manufacturing, logistics or automated environments

Dutch and English are essential.
