Job summary

NewPort Tank Containers is seeking a results-driven Supervisor Export to coach a team of about 10 colleagues and ensure processes run smoothly while targets are met. You will guide daily operations, monitor KPIs, and keep a sharp customer focus with customized service.

In this role you oversee complex export orders, liaise with internal and external partners, drive improvements, and translate strategy into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Tank transport and/or logistics experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or higher education; high school diploma or higher.
• Independent, stress-resistant and team-oriented.
• Solution-oriented with stakeholder focus and readiness for difficult conversations.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven process analysis.
• Available full-time.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export team (approx. 10 colleagues) and ensure processes run smoothly and targets are met.
• Organize and execute daily activities within the Export department; maintain an overview and adjust as needed.
• Coach and motivate employees; monitor workflow, KPIs, lead times, and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties for complex orders, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Discuss improvements with management and translate strategic choices into daily practice.
