Nutreco is seeking an experienced Customer Service Export Lead in Tilburg to own and optimize export processes. You will lead a team, coordinate orders, documentation, and deliveries across international markets, and partner with production, planning and logistics to improve OTIF and delivery reliability.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain.
- Experience in leadership.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
- Hands‑on, proactive attitude with ownership mindset.
- Strong command of English is essential; Dutch preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability and development.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation and deliveries.
- Act as the key link between customer service, production, planning and logistics partners.
- Monitor performance ( OTIF, delivery reliability ) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to optimization projects (Lean, process improvements, digital tools).
- Remain hands‑on by managing a number of countries operationally.
