Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in the Netherlands/Europe seeks an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high‑quality HR support across European locations. You will own core HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, and coordinate payroll with external European providers.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and ensure GDPR‑compliant data management. A structured, data‑driven mindset and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR Operations, payroll or a similar role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to build formulas, charts, and reports.
Experience with payroll processes and HR systems is preferred (SD Worx, Workday).
Knowledge of Dutch and/or Belgian employment practices is an advantage; fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Core HR Operations & Administration: Manage onboarding to offboarding, create contracts, process job changes, maintain digital employee files.
Payroll Coordination: Coordinate and run monthly payroll with external European payroll providers.
Absence & Compliance: Manage absence administration and ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and GDPR.
Process Improvement: Standardize, simplify, and improve HR processes and templates across Europe.
HR Reporting & KPI Monitoring: Develop, maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports to track absenteeism, headcount, turnover; trend analysis for HR management.
Data Guarding: Ensure high data quality and integrity within HR systems.
