Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking an HR, Payroll & Operations Specialist in Amsterdam. You will manage HR operations and payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws and regulations. The role handles contracts, onboarding, and lifecycle management, reporting to the Payroll & Operations Team Lead.

We value attention to detail, confidentiality, and experience in payroll reporting. The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on internal policy updates and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR administration, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, or labour relations experience in the Dutch market.
• Minimum completed MBO Level 4 qualification in HR/Payroll or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Dutch: Full Professional Proficiency; English: Full Professional Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, extensions, and onboarding packages in accordance with Dutch labour law and CLA agreements.
• Execute all mandatory employment notifications (hiring, extensions, transformations, terminations).
• Manage amendments, transitions, and transfers ensuring 100% compliant employee files.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract administration, changes, and offboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers regarding contractual and payroll procedures.
