Luxoft is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle post-hiring for HR Operations in the Netherlands. This broad generalist role combines hands-on payroll and administrative work with business partner responsibilities, requiring an adaptable professional who can prioritise and deliver compliant Dutch processes.

You will be the main HR contact at the Eindhoven location, building relationships across the site while ensuring data integrity, payroll accuracy, and regulatory

Competenze

• University degree or professional level, or 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English (C1) is essential; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law, HR compliance, and payroll fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Act as first HR contact for Netherlands and coordinate lifecycle administration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external provider and local finance team; ensure timely processing.
• Advise managers on terms of employment and support labour relations matters; liaise with Works Council.
• Develop and standardise HR policies; drive continuous improvement and reporting.
