Job summary

Aratas Europe B.V. is seeking an HRM Coordinator to support our international workforce from Hoofddorp.

You will handle HR administration and payroll support, serve as a main contact for employees and payroll providers, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across Europe. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help with onboarding, expatriate administration, and lifecycle activities, while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years in HR administration and payroll support.
• At least 3 years supporting payroll across multiple European countries.
• Experience with HR information systems and payroll platforms.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR administration and payroll support for employees across Europe.
• Maintain HR and payroll systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce data for HR, Finance, and Business Controlling teams.
• Serve as central contact for HR administrative and payroll inquiries.
• Support onboarding, expatriate administration, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with external partners and payroll providers.
• Contribute to standardization of HR and payroll processes across Europe.
