Job summary

NavInfo Europe BV in Brainport Eindhoven region seeks a proactive HR Operations Manager who owns HR end-to-end in an international, informal, high-tech environment. This standalone role involves advising the GM, coordinating payroll input, drafting contracts, and keeping HR running with support from the office manager and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Several years as an HR (Operations) Manager or similar in the Netherlands.
• Strong grasp of Dutch HR processes: payroll, absence, employee lifecycle admin.
• Experience with Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and related compliance.
• Collaborates with Finance, IT, Quality and external advisors on multidisciplinary processes.
• Proficient in Dutch employment law; fluent Dutch and business English.
• Willing to commute to Eindhoven 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & HR administration — coordinate monthly payroll input with Finance and external advisors; maintain GDPR-compliant files.
• Agreements & requests — draft, review and manage contracts, letters and other HR requests.
• Recruitment — own end-to-end process; manage agencies, funnel in Recruitee, conduct HR interviews, prepare offers.
• Employee lifecycle — attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing, retaining, and offboarding.
• International & compliance — support visa/IND, relocation, 30% ruling; coordinate sickness absence and audits.
• Advice & insight — advise managers on relations, absence, performance; deliver HR reports and improve templates.
• Cross-functional partnership — provide HR analytics for Finance and business teams; align HR with workflows.
