JD Sports Netherlands is hiring an HR, Payroll & Operations Specialist in Amsterdam. You will manage HR operations and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws and wage regulations.

The role covers contracts, amendments, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. You will support payroll data submissions, liaise with Dutch labour authorities, and contribute to process improvements.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, or labour relations in Dutch market.
• MBO Level 4 qualification required; bachelor's in HRM and PDl considered a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Prepare employment contracts, extensions and onboarding packages according to Dutch labour law and CLA.
• Manage mandatory employment notifications (hiring, extensions, transformations, terminations).
• Maintain compliant employee files and handle amendments, part-time/full-time transitions and transfers.
• Oversee resignations and terminations paperwork.
• Coordinate full employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Serve as contact for employees and managers on contractual and payroll processes.

Formazione

MBO Level 4 in HR/Payroll/Finance or related field

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)

Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL)
