Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Service Cloud Account Executive in Amsterdam to drive revenue across Service Cloud, Voice, and Digital Engagement. You will partner with existing account owners, carry quota, and develop new enterprise opportunities.

You will implement a sales strategy within your region, build relationships with customers and prospects, and guide them along the Salesforce journey while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a value-seller.
Experience selling Service Cloud, Voice or Digital Engagement.
Fluent in Dutch and English; right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute campaigns across Service Cloud install base and prospects.
Transform customers' service business and drive revenue growth.
Generate and qualify leads; build opportunities with stakeholders.
Leverage relationships to close business and exceed quotas.
Strategize, negotiate, and close deals addressing contact center needs.
Educate internal teams to pursue Service Cloud opportunities.
Be customer-facing as required and travel domestically.
