Job summary

Supermicro is expanding its service team in the Netherlands (s-'Hertogenbosch) to cover racking, installation, and on-site support for data center hardware. You will work with the Global Service Installation Team, carrying out hardware installation, cabling, and diagnostics while collaborating with the engineering group to ensure proper integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Dutch MBO4 equivalent.
Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling, and data center networking.
Assist in implementing server, storage and network equipment.
Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration.
Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and tickets.
Travel locally and internationally for installations, with occasional extended hours.
