Job summary

Nobel Recruitment seeks a proactive enterprise IT sales professional to join a fast-scaling Dutch tech specialist. You’ll hunt for new logos, targeting 1,000+ employee organisations across public sector, healthcare, education and logistics.

You’ll generate pipeline through outbound and networks, run value-based discussions with CIOs/CTOs, close €100K+ deals, and shape go-to-market strategy with leadership in a hybrid Amsterdam-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise IT sales.
• Hunter mindset: driven by new business and winning.
• Technical depth to discuss integration, APIs and AI.
• Fluent Dutch and comfortable meeting clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Target organisations with 1,000+ employees in sectors such as public sector, healthcare, education and logistics.
• Generate your pipeline through outbound, your network and account-based campaigns.
• Run consultative, value-based sales with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders, collaborating with technical experts on demos and POCs.
• Close deals starting at €100K+ that grow into long-term partnerships; sales cycles 6–9 months.
• Feed market insights to leadership to shape go-to-market propositions.
