Job summary

Ultimo, part of IFS, is expanding its Enterprise Sales team in the Benelux. We seek a seasoned hunter who closes multi-million deals and navigates complex stakeholder networks with fluency in Dutch and English.

This role is based in Nunspeet with remote options and offers an uncapped commission structure. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature, targeting enterprise customers in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and facility management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in new business sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience selling to multi-stakeholder buy cycles at C-level.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French a plus for some markets.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise logos across the Benelux, from first contact to signature.
• Sell to operations, maintenance, finance and IT leaders with strong business cases.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes and close deals.
• Shape your territory with feedback from presales, marketing and partners.
