Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a motivated Customer Success candidate in Amsterdam who speaks Dutch and English fluently and enjoys working with people. No extensive experience is required, as training will be provided to learn about technology and customer relationships.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, support onboarding, prepare client-facing reports, and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure high satisfaction. The role offers a hybrid working model in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
• Eager to learn about technology, sales operations, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our customers - answering questions and helping them find the right solutions.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and make sure they know how to use our tools and services.
• Help prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting notes for client calls.
• Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to make sure customers are happy and supported.
• Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
