Job summary

Full Force Digital is a Netherlands-based consultancy helping clients transform content, data, and customer experiences using AI-enabled content supply chains and Adobe technologies. We seek an experienced Account Executive who sells transformation, not just technology, and can nurture strategic client relationships.

You will drive new business, position consulting and managed services, and build business cases on AI, personalization, and digital transformation across the Adobe ecosystem,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software, consulting, MarTech, or digital transformation.
• Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
• Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and customer experience technologies.
• Consultative mindset with strong executive communication skills.
• Passion for AI, content operations, customer data, and marketing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and create or expand strategic client relationships.
• Position FFD's consulting, implementation, and managed services capabilities.
• Help build business cases on AI, Content Supply Chains, personalization, digital transformation.
• Develop opportunities across the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), GenStudio (AEM, Workfront & Fusion), Real-Time CDP & Customer Journey Analytics.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise executives and Adobe account teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account and ABM plans.
