Job summary

SAP SE in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Total Rewards professional to lead and deliver strategic Total Rewards initiatives across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, with ad hoc support for the rest of EMEA. You will own projects from concept to implementation, ensuring regulatory alignment and a seamless employee experience.

Collaborating with Benefits Design, Legal/Tax, HR, Finance and external vendors, you will design, govern and optimize Total Rewards programs, manage local projects,

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and their practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards projects end-to-end (scope, plan, execute, test, evaluate).
• Translate complex regulations and policies into clear, practical processes and SOPs.
• Support operational work to implement Total Reward programs and manage local projects.
• Ensure Total Rewards programs are legally compliant, market competitive and cost-effective.
• Designs and manages Benefits programs including relationships with vendors.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and manage risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification of Total Rewards processes.
