Job summary

Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Rewards Manager EMEA to lead the development and execution of our Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition, and performance management.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Global Rewards to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business ambitions. Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (hybrid, 2 days in office).

Qualifications

8-12+ years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience within an international environment.
Strong expertise in compensation strategy, benefits, incentives, job architecture, and pay equity.
Experience leading multi-country EMEA reward programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA Total Rewards agenda with governance, data-driven insights, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute the EMEA Total Rewards strategy including job architecture, market benchmarking, pay progression, and pay equity.
Design and govern incentive programs (annual bonuses, sales, management, long-term incentives).
Develop and optimize the EMEA benefits strategy for competitiveness and sustainability.
Lead annual reward cycles, merit reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits renewals.
Build reward analytics and dashboards for senior leadership.
