Job summary

SAP is seeking a Total Rewards leader to drive strategic initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, with ad hoc support for the rest of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will own projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with local legislation while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or HR or related field
• Experience in HR/Total Rewards or related business area
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and practical application
• Knowledge of Dutch benefits legislation and market practices
• Project-driven mindset with ability to deliver end-to-end
• Analytical and solution-oriented, translating regulations into processes
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management with Legal/Tax/Finance teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with quality and attention to detail
• Clear and effective English communication
• Customer focus and trust building

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Total Rewards initiatives (scope, plan, execute, test, evaluate)
• Translate complex regulations into clear, practical processes and SOPs
• Support operational work to implement Total Rewards programs and local projects
• Ensure governance, audit-ready documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Design and manage Benefits programs and vendor relationships
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage risks and dependencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification of Total Rewards programs
