Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Benefits Lead, EMEA, to design, implement and continuously improve Total Rewards programs across the region. Reporting to the Director, Benefits and partnering with HR, Finance and Legal, you will balance global policy with local market needs to attract and retain talent.

This hybrid role requires strong consulting, analytics and project management skills, 8+ years in Total Rewards, and fluency in English (Dutch, other EU languages preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Total Rewards experience in international environments.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or another European language preferred.
• Experience leading benefits programs including leave administration and mobility.
• Experience with HR tools and technology, including AI advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits programs across EMEA, including governance and education initiatives.
• Oversee enrollment lifecycle with local HR Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, vendors and country teams for compliant solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of regional leave administration processes.
• Analyze compensation, benefits, leave and workforce data to guide decisions.
