Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Lead, Benefits EMEA to design, implement, administer and continuously improve Total Rewards programs across the region.

You will partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to deliver competitive and compliant reward solutions for both corporate and retail populations. The role requires strong Excel skills, 8+ years in Total Rewards, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Total Rewards experience within an international, multinational environment.
• Significant experience leading benefits programs, including leave of absence administration, with exposure to compensation and global mobility.
• Experience managing reward programs for both corporate and retail employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, administration and renewal of benefit programs across EMEA, including governance, compliance, risk management and communications.
• Oversee benefits enrollment lifecycle with local HR Operations teams and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Vendor Systems to ensure proper configuration and integration.
• Manage statutory, company-sponsored and vendor‑managed leave programs with cross-functional partners.
• Develop data-driven insights and regular reports for leadership to support decision-making.
