Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Benefits Lead, EMEA, to drive the regional Total Rewards strategy and oversee benefits, compensation and mobility programs. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and country teams to deliver compliant, scalable reward solutions that attract, retain and engage talent.

A hybrid Amsterdam-based position requires strong English and Dutch language skills. The successful candidate will manage benefits governance, enrollment lifecycle, and vendor

Qualifications

• Strong consulting, influencing and relationship-building at all organizational levels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excel skills at an advanced level and experience with HR tools and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs across EMEA.
• Oversee benefits enrollment lifecycle in collaboration with HR Operations and the HR Pod model.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to administer leave programs and mobility.
• Analyze compensation, benefits and leave data to identify trends and improve programs.
• Provide data-driven insights and dashboards for HR and leadership.
