Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Supply Chain EMEA to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy across the region. You will balance service levels, inventory, cost, and risk while leading S&OP, demand and supply planning, and regional transformation.

The role requires a track record in manufacturing environments, strong leadership, and English fluency. Flexible hours and remote work options are offered, with a competitive compensation package and annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
• 10+ years in progressive supply chain experience, including leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role across multiple sites or regions.
• English speaking with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA supply chain strategy and end-to-end performance.
• Oversee S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization.
• Manage KPIs: PPV, inventory turns, PFR, DIOH, OTIF, and costs.
• Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements and A3 problem solving.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Finance and global teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional supply chain organization.
