Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading international industrial manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner for its European operations. You will optimise raw material supply and production planning across multiple European sites, balancing availability, capacity and demand while driving efficiency and resilience in the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy manufacturing, metals, mining, chemicals, or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, raw material planning or supply chain optimisation.
• Experience using advanced planning systems or supply chain planning software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain raw material supply plans across multiple European manufacturing sites.
• Balance production requirements with raw material availability and customer demand to optimise operational performance.
• Coordinate production planning activities with commercial, operations and supply chain stakeholders.
• Support inventory and delivery planning to ensure continuity of supply.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of advanced planning systems and tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational and commercial decision-making.
