Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead the EMEA team in balancing demand and supply planning for IMAL. You will drive the regional S&OP process and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Manufacturing to optimize service levels and inventory.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, international experience, and SAP proficiency; leadership of four professionals is expected.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience with international supply chains (Asia/ Europe).
Experience in Electronics/ Power Electronics, Industrial Automation preferred.
Strong SOP, demand planning, and supply planning leadership.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
ERP experience, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
Drive demand planning and forecasting to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe.
Optimize inventory while meeting service targets.
Lead the EMEA SOP process and cross-functional alignment.
Identify and mitigate supply risks and capacity constraints.
Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation.
Monitor metrics like forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, and lead times.
