Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization and renewal across a portfolio of enterprise customers in the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic advisor, building trust, ensuring outcomes, and promoting advocacy.

The role emphasizes scalable, data-driven engagements and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results in a digital-first environment. Hybrid work with Amsterdam office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships
• 5+ years of professional experience
• SaaS customer success experience
• Understanding of finance processes: Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales for a complete sales transition
• Own adoption, expansion, satisfaction and renewal for customers
• Lead business reviews and manage onboarding
• Understand customer contracts and services scope with partners
• Drive risk mitigation and regional metrics alignment
• Build knowledge of OneStream Platform and Marketplace Solutions
