Job summary

Scrive is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of large EU-based customers, driving adoption of Scrive's SaaS solutions and delivering long-term value and retention.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Support, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment across Europe, including Amsterdam hubs.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years experience with B2B and enterprise customers.
• Strong people skills and trust-building abilities.
• Pragmatic, value-driven mindset with collaborative approach.
• Experience in digitalisation industry, preferably SaaS.
• Tech-curious and able to navigate IT landscapes.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• EU residency or valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a strategic portfolio of larger accounts with growth and retention focus.
• Drive adoption and value realization by embedding Scrive solutions across organisations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Support to improve the customer experience.
• Prevent churn and secure renewals while identifying expansion opportunities.
