Job summary

Workwize is transforming how IT teams equip and manage global devices. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to guide clients like Friesland Campina, Otrium, or Adyen, ensuring successful delivery and renewal while driving growth through upsell opportunities.

You will collaborate across departments, analyze data, and tailor solutions to each client’s objectives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Hybrid work from our NY office or remote, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or compelling reason for not completing one).
• 4+ years in a client-facing role, managing complex accounts, preferably SaaS.
• Sales experience with a commercial mindset and ability to add value to clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer lifecycle from delivery to renewal.
• Strengthen relationships by prioritizing customer engagement.
