Job summary

project44 is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA Customer Experience team, based in Amsterdam in a hybrid role. You will own a portfolio of customers post-implementation, driving adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion.

Travel may be required occasionally as you engage with local stakeholders and executive sponsors. You will work with Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, Support, Product and Engineering to ensure customers realize lasting value from the

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong portfolio of customer-facing experience in SaaS or logistics tech.
• Proven renewal and expansion management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Drive value realization and ensure customers achieve supply chain outcomes.
• Own gross revenue retention and manage renewals with risk identification.
• Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders up to executive sponsors.
• Lead regular customer ceremonies and health checks.
• Coordinate resolutions across Support, Product, and Engineering when issues arise.
• Maintain accurate account data in CRM tools.
