Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our European Customer Success team. You will design scalable engagement programs, drive retention, and partner across Sales, Delivery, Tech, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.

You will host webinars, track key metrics, and act as the voice of the customer to inform Product and Support teams. This role offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial, customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Solid experience working in a SaaS environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable customer engagement programs.
• Drive retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Tech, Product, and Support to streamline journeys.
• Lead high-touch cadences with assigned accounts for strategic alignment.
• Host webinars and training to showcase platform capabilities.
• Track key success metrics and use data to improve outcomes.
• Identify risks early and mobilize resources to protect account health.
