Eastman Industrial Supply, Inc. is seeking a Market Development Manager for the EMEA HTF market, based in Rotterdam. The role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, leading front-end innovation, and collaborating with sales and technical teams.

The position is office-based in Rotterdam (Mon-Thu in office; Fri optional from home) with exposure to global heat transfer fluid markets and cross-functional execution to drive growth and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• MBA in strategic marketing or Business is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, marketing, business development, product management, or commercial roles.
• Experience in heat transfer fluids, thermal management, industrial fluids, or a related market preferred.
• English language required; other languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess markets, applications, customers, and value chains to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain addressable market/application maps.
• Lead front-end innovation from idea to Concept (I2C) using market research and project management capabilities.
• Manage Stage-Gate projects from opportunity identification through commercialization and post-launch review using the EBME framework.
• Develop market activation plans, value propositions, and Economic Value Estimates in partnership with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to advance leads and convert opportunities into commercial wins.
• Track key business metrics; Market Development & Innovation index, Vitality Index, and Net New Business.
• Lead Campaign Factory activities and support segment team routines.
• Develop technical marketing/application collateral, competitive benchmarks, and training programs with technical experts.
