Job summary
Synthomer is seeking an experienced EMEA Product Manager to own a growing portfolio manufactured at Middelburg and sold across the EMEA region. You will define product strategy, optimize profitability, and drive lifecycle management with strong market insights.
Based in Middelburg or Rotterdam with flexible working options, you will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Tech teams to ensure portfolio execution and successful product launches while contributing to S&OP and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in chemical industry or industrial B2B is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen focused on profitability and value creation.
- Experience managing pricing strategies, margin improvement, and product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a portfolio of products for the EMEA region.
- Define product strategy and optimize profitability and lifecycle.
- Develop regional pricing strategies and support forecasting/IBP processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Provide commercial insights to influence strategic decisions.
