Job summary

Synthomer is seeking an experienced EMEA Product Manager to own a portfolio of products manufactured at Middelburg, NL, and sold across the EMEA region. You will steer strategy, profitability, pricing, and growth while aligning with manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.

Located in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model, the role requires strong commercial acumen, market insights, and stakeholder management across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Experience within the chemical industry, specialty chemicals, polymers, or industrial B2B environments is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on profitability and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive portfolio strategy and profitability for key products in the EMEA region.
• Develop regional pricing strategies and manage margin performance.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Technology.
