Job summary

Berkshire Grey, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive to drive large-scale revenue growth in MHE, automation, and robotics across EMEA.

You will source and close enterprise deals ranging from $250K to $50M, leading SOW/MSA processes with legal teams and engaging executive stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise sales, a strong network in Retail/ECommerce/Logistics, and the ability to travel to Haarlem, Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise sales in MHE/automation/robotics.
• Proven success closing large-scale deals ($250K–$50M).
• Strong network in Retail, ECommerce, Logistics, or related industries.
• Experience leading SOWs/MSAs with legal teams.
• Based in Netherlands or the UK; willing to travel to Haarlem.

Responsibilities

• Independently source new sales opportunities through relationships, prospecting, and outreach.
• Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract close.
• Lead SOW/MSA processes with internal teams and customers, coordinating with legal.
• Achieve multi-million-dollar sales targets and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with BG Solutions to craft value-driven proposals for prospects.
• Provide market feedback to product and solutions teams for future offerings.
